I did not work on Incubus Daydreams this week. I did work on the world wiki a bit. I think I went too hard last week because I was whooped this week.

Weekly Art Update 🎨

I did a lot of art practice this week. I started an online drawing school and have been hard at work with those exercises. I’m excited but I also want to be good right now and I know this is a process.

Author Life Insights 👀

I worked out super hard last week and crushed my art practice but I think that was way too much because this week I was freaking beat. I worked out twice, did my art practice, but no writing. So this week I’m gonna try to balance things a bit better.

I played video games all weekend. I haven’t don’t that in over a year. And I cannot let myself do that because I got nothing done this weekend 😭 I’m playing AC: Mirage (I love the AC franchise).

My 2017 MacBook Air has finally reached its end unfortunately. All my software programs have not been able to update and are now not working as well as they used to. Photoshop won’t even run at all. Vellum isn’t functioning properly. Buying a new Mac was not in the budget. But my mom has offered to help ❤️ I just went with another basic MacBook Air model (2025). Someday I’d love to have a custom MacBook Pro but today is not that day, lol.

I’m still in the busy season at work so I also need to balance that. I have a lot of work to do, but I just wanna draw and write my stories 😭
